Choice between a point-of-service (POS) plan, company provided at 100% of cost of single or single plus one child coverage, or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), company provided at 100% for all coverage tiers.

There are three types of FSAs available: Health, Limited Health and Dependent Care.
Company provided at 100% of cost of single coverage. Dental benefits can be managed easily through our desktop website or Delta Dental's mobile app.
Standard vision coverage provided through Aetna Health Plan includes annual eye exam and discounted glasses, contacts and other items. Voluntary vision coverage through Superior Vision offers services with co-pays and discounts.
Company provides Basic Life and AD&D benefit at two times your annual salary or $250,000, whichever is less. We offer voluntary term life insurance, as well, with a Guarantee Issue amount of up to $100,000, and $30,000 for Dependent Life if you enroll within 30 days of hire date.
Short-term disability is voluntary and available at a small cost to employees. It will pay 60% of salary (maximum $850 per week) to enrolled employees from the beginning of the 14th calendar day through the end of the disability or the 26th week of disability.
Long-term disability benefit is 100% paid for by the company and is free to employees. After 26 weeks of disability, insurance carrier will pay 60% of your monthly salary (up to a maximum monthly benefit of $15,000).
Three sessions per year, per issue, with a licensed or certified counselor are 100% covered for you and/or your immediate family members.
Reimbursement for job-related education, including completion of a degree (college or graduate) or for obtaining professional certification in job-related field.
Plan is available upon employment. Company matches 50% on your first 4% of contributions (equals up to 2% of your salary).
Profit sharing component available after one year of employment. Historically, the employer's annual contribution has ranged from 7-9% (vested 6 years).
There is a discretionary bonus payout if company goals and budgets are met, along with an individual satisfactory performance evaluation. The payout amount is based on your job level and responsibilities.

Designed to help provide employees with greater flexibility and work/life balance, PTO can be used for needs such as vacation, personal or family illness, doctor appointments, school, etc. Employees may use time from their PTO bank in two to eight hour increments.
